This all-levels alignment-based class will synchronize movement with breath to sweetly open the body. Each class will begin with a brief period of centering followed by an active warm-up. The class will then progress to include sections of vinyasa flow with longer held poses, creating an opportunity to go deeper in a pose and cultivate more awareness within it. Class will end with a period of deep relaxation.

In this all-levels class, we will explore the universal principles of alignment in a variety of foundational poses. The class will begin with a brief period of centering and an introduction to traditional yogic teachings before moving into a basic flow designed to cultivate strength, awareness, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for beginners without physical limitations or any student who wishes to refine their alignment.
This free class is designed for the student who has never practiced yoga and is new to the studio. You will be in a small class which will provide individualized attention from the teacher who will help you get into poses at your own pace. You will practice breathwork and mindful movement to help you experience the fundamentals of yoga. Look for these classes on our schedule on specific Saturdays from 12 noon to 1 pm.
This class welcomes beginner and advanced practitioners to combine movement and meditation. Each class offers all-levels flow and poses as well as breathwork and meditation for a perfect combination to feel reconnected.
In this class, you’ll begin with a basic Pilates mat to work the core to strengthen and facilitate your yoga poses. This all levels class is great for everyBODY that is wanting something slower and kinder for their mind and body. It's the perfect way to wind down from your week. We will start off by intentionally warming up our bodies to prepare for yoga Nidra also known as yogic sleep. It's an invitation to come home to you.
This 45-minute class is designed to get you mobilized and to provide a mindfulness break for your day. We will use articulated movements to build into a healthy range of motion, strength, and flexibility in and around our joints. We'll follow up movement with breath work, meditation, or a mindfulness practice.
Prenatal Yoga helps moms connect to their changing bodies and their babies, uses poses to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy, and helps women prepare for labor. We also build a community so women can meet and connect with other expectant moms. This class meets each week except for the third Sunday of the month.

This practice is designed to help you slow down the pace of life and help cultivate a meditation practice. In this style of yoga, we will take time to warm up our bodies and prepare to settle into the Yin postures with a mindful flow to help us release any unwanted tension and stress that we might be holding on to. During our Yin portion of the class, we will target the connective tissues in our body as we passively hold each pose for anywhere between 2-5 minutes. This will help to exert positive stress on the subtle body tissues and as a way to trigger the body's natural response leading to stronger and more supple joints. Take this chance to restore, decompress, regenerate and rejuvenate.

Centering around refinement, this class will intersperse sections of movement with breath and longer-held poses. Diving deeper into poses creates an opportunity to bring deeper awareness within our body and mind and advance our yoga practice. We will explore a wide variety of poses in this class which will be centered around a theme inspired by traditional texts and philosophy, and each session will begin with a brief period of meditation before moving into a sequence that intersperses vinyasa-style flow with strong, static holds. Each class will conclude with guided relaxation and savasana.
Sadhana is defined as a spiritual practice. It’s the way we combine our values and actions to walk through the world with a gentler footprint. This steady multi-level warm vinyasa class is truly a way to embody your sadhana. The pace is steady. The movement is meditative. The foundation is rooted. It’s a yummy practice, brief meditation and restful restorative all rolled into 90 minutes. It’s what you need on a Sunday or any day for that matter. The room may be 80-85 degrees.
