Purchase these workshops separately or bundle them together as we explore how to start turning the practice upside down! You will learn to incorporate strength drills, and implement flexibility and stability in your every day practice to help build your discipline, and that you can practice on your own to help you get there safely! Get into the heart of SASS Go with our foundational course designed to train women and girls physically and mentally for the most common threats to their safety from simple grabs to complex strangulation scenarios. Harness the strengths of your body, voice and mind while targeting the weaknesses of your assailant. This course is paramount to creating a community of women and girls who know they are worth the fight! No prior training is required. All fitness levels are welcome. Designed for women ages 15 and up!

Pranayama is a science that utilizes breath control to result in innumerable benefits such as: increased mental clarity, lessened anxiety and stress, aids in physical healing, increased immunity and more!
Amber will teach and explain benefits & practical opportunities to utilize 5 different Pranayama practices. Learning to control the breath- and life force that animates us (prana)- can greatly and rapidly increase our quality of life. The breath is our most accessible self-care tool.
What to bring:
